THE CALL
The earlier we receive a call, the more time we have to create an enjoyable experience. We enjoy being part of the design team from the onset. We are then able to make suggestions depending on our clients’ style, budget, and amenity choices. If you have found us before you have found your Architect or Designer, please feel free to reach out, and we can suggest some of our favorites, depending on the style and location of your home.
THE PLAN
By including Killowen Co on your team early we are able to use our knowledge and experience to further customize your home. We believe the smoothest projects are the ones where most of the details are chosen and discussed before we even break ground. Everything from choosing wall finishes to placing floor outlets early helps create a pleasant and streamlined experience - it is also the best way to get the most accurate estimate.
THE BUILD
Even with our decades of experience, and hundreds of homes we have built, every home we build is distinct. It is the first time anyone has built that home. At Killowen Construction we have designed a process that captures the combined experience of our entire team. We have created a culture of humility, and acquiring knowledge. We have regular meetings to continue bettering our process and learn from each other. To us, building a completely custom home means just that - it is your home to make the final call on. During the build, we work with you to create solutions for problems that may not show up on paper, or to overcome any product/manufacturing delays. We truly enjoy incorporating special details - we have ordered custom lights from England, shipped hand made tile from Portugal and installed a centuries-old stone sink from Italy.
